Godot 4 web export has a lot of issues. It does not work on OSX.
What browser are you using? Me and my friend tested it on Chrome and Edge (on Windows) and the game worked fine. Are you perhaps using Firefox? If so, then check "about:config" page, and see if "javascript.options.shared_memory" is turned on.
