Super creative game and really cool mechanic, i've enjoyed it a lot, wish it had more levels i wanna keep playing :D
Finished it. This was such a good idea and it fits well with the theme. Very good job!
This game is absolutely genius! Shooting the rope and spooling yourself up is excellent game play. I would love to see you iterate on this and add some more levels. Great job!
Wow! Such a creative game! This is definitely one of the most original game ideas in the jam, and the gameplay was perfect. I wish that there were more levels- it feels as if much more could come. I certainly hope you develop it further!
Awesome game! The concepts of rolling the rope to gain to move, and using the rolling platforms to swing was really fun. Also the tutorial finger at the beginning was very smart.
this was probably my favorite game so far in the jam, i think there is a bug with the ball where it still has a little bit of friction so you can spin the ball to move.
Really cool idea! Loved the gameplay, especially when using the spinning blocks to swing around
In my brainstorm session I also thought about making a game using this mechanic, but I chose another theme because I thought it would be very difficult to implement the rope physics. Congratulations for implementing it very well and still having made a lot of cool level design ideas in such a short time!
Yeah I agree it's really smooth and working well, the last level with a bit of acceleration and just "rope rope", really satisfying.
And the ball rotating to go forward is smart (but on a longer game I guess it'd be annoying to rotate like that), but on this little prototype it works really well!
