We are AppSir Games, driven by a love for crafting engaging and memorable games. Aside from mobile games, we've ventured into creating games for old-school platforms like the NES, ZX Spectrum, and we've even had success with a physical release for the Game Boy. All of our games, including the mobile games and the retro releases, take place in one interconnected universe. Our biggest game to date is DERE Vengeance, an epic story that was announced as far back as 2018 (announcement video). For over five years, we've been steadily building up more anticipation for it, using storyline teases in our other games and post-credit announcements that herald the arrival of 'DERE Vengeance'.

In 1982, the Institute started its research on an 8-Bit platformer game starring a hero named Kingsly. Participants were instructed to find lost cassette tapes in the game to win. Despite the casualties, the game was considered a success.

DEV NOTE:

PRIMA DERE ZX is an authentic ZX Spectrum game that can be played on a 48k/128k machine and other hardware. Alternatively, you can play the game on a ZX Spectrum emulator such as Speccy. If you don't know how to load a tape game, enable auto-load in the hardware settings for the emulator. You can also enable "Fast Tape Loader" so you don't have to wait minutes for the game to load!

After uncovering a GameBoy cartridge haunted by a malignant force, a guilt-ridden scientist involved in sinister experiments must face his fears and relive the terrifying nightmares of his past.

PHOBOS DERE .GB is an authentic GameBoy game that can be played on real hardware using a flashcart but can also be played on other consoles or emulation devices. We also provide a digital ROM file compatible with the Analogue Pocket.

You can load the digital ROM file on your favorite emulator, but we highly recommend choosing the original GameBoy black and white mode with four shades of green as seen on our screenshots. This is because the game was designed with the original GameBoy and GameBoy Pocket in mind. However, should you choose to play on the GameBoy Color, please switch to a more appropriate color palette to not to ruin the immersion. The default colors the GameBoy Color uses (the bright blues and greens) will not be appropriate for the experience.
