Bro set your priorities straight first. I can see that this game is a submission to three different game jams and you're using the game engine not intended for this game jam which is obviously against the rules.

I'm personally a big fan of Metroid and when you mentioned that this game is inspired by it, I'm all the more excited to play. The design is thoughtful and the gameplay is engaging. More in-game collectibles could add depth. Interesting idle animation tho 🤔

Nice use of the Lane Runner template in GDevelop! You've effectively customized them to fit your game's unique concept and mechanics.

I'm honored!

I appreciate your kind words buddy, thanks

I'm grateful you liked the game!

Much appreciated!

Much obliged!

First thing I did was to get my juices done right
I think it is one of the things that creates a big impact on the feel of the game

I'd love to work on those games sometime.
Ping me up  on discord when you're ready to game dev: pixigb

Polished submission 👏🏻

I'm shocked as to how good this game is! I really wasn't sure that this quality of 3D would've been possible in GDevelop. Mind-blowing work!

I really didn't understood what the game had to offer since there's no tutorial and it just throws you up in the middle of a battlefield

I'm overwhelmed by how cute snowball is! I also checked out A Spooky Cat Venture and Games Kitties Play
Great games.

What a cute little platformer
Mooshi certainly is a giga chad if he has such courage to deliver cupcakes to his grandma :D

Thanks for the nice comments!
The music is done by @Torey Sound

It's inspired by Mario.
There's a death animation which is also similar to that of Mario's :D

A solid game that demonstrates a good balance of difficulty and fun. Great job! More enemy variety would add an extra layer of excitement."

I have sent you a ping on discord as pixigb

A well-made game that provides a lot of enjoyment. The concept is unique and well-executed.

An impressive game with a lot of charm. The gameplay is smooth and the design is excellent. The game’s narrative is compelling and well-written. More audio variety would enrich the atmosphere.

I'm a chem student and this game was really relatable to play. The game could benefit from more tutorial guidance at the start.

A fun and engaging game that kept me entertained throughout. The level design is particularly impressive.

A captivating game with a well-thought-out design with lovely and consistent art direction. It’s clear a lot of effort went into creating this.

I had a lot of fun playing this game. The concept is unique and well-executed.

Good thought process. I think this is a situation most of us gamedevs go through in a jam.

I never thought breaking games could be this fun
Nice use of physics and bugs working for you rather than against you, enjoyed it very much
Please make this into a proper game with good graphics after the jam

Not disappointed at all. This game turned out to be a lot different and cooler than I thought it would. SwingBot definitely has some nice kinesthetics haha

Crazy amazing for a game made in 9 days! Loved the physics of the car being "unstable". I'm giving you a 5/5 rating

Cute little funny game. That newspaper at the end was endearing haha

No problem

Definitely lesson learnt. I will surely work on it after the jam, thanks!

You can go to a scene's properties --> toggle switch for "Stop music and sounds at beginning of the scene"
By default it's checked

It's actually a part of an art asset

Yes, some bug in GDevelop deteriorated my manual save and the autosave wasn't working properly hence, I lost a significant chunk of my game. I submitted whatever I could.
