Hey! 

As a still learning and developer feedback is very important and this goes for anyone really. So what about a gamejam focused on this? Would anyone be up for (hosting) it?

Personally I would love to be part of a game-jam for starting teams and developers (with less then 100 flowers?). Whereby everyone submits there current game there still working on. After submission everyone goes around and gives friendly but honest feedback to all submissions.  The winner would not be a game, but the person/team that gave the most useful feedback to others.

This jams already exist (not for the rating of the feedbacks however). This one  start today and lasts 10 days https://itch.io/jam/beginners-circle-jam-2 and I already participate to the previous Jam, the feedbacks and the community on discord was very good. I already talk to you about this community and some tips to help you for your space game was from one of them.

This other jam ,by the same guys, is the more close of what you seek. You can put your game in it.https://itch.io/jam/practice-circle-jam-2 You have 3 days left to post your game if you want feedbacks. It's exactly what you seek.

I don't discourage you for your idea however. After all you have few games that needs feedbacks it's not incompatible.
