No claiming option = free forever?

Hi!

I'm new to itch.io and was wondering if free games with no claiming button remain free forever. Since I don't have access to a PC right now, I claimed a lot of free games with -100% discounts. However, some games don't show any price tags nor allow to claim them for later. I usually add them to my collection but will they stop being free in the future?

Only games that explicitly say “Claim” on the project’s download button will let you add the game to your library’s “things you own” section to own indefinitely. Adding something to a collection does not mean you own it. Developers have the choice of running a 100% off promotion with the ability to let someone claim the game forever, or only temporary download it for free for the duration of the sale.

Hope that explains
