I will pay all the publishing fees to get your game to Steam, will give you access to steamworks where you will be able to update and manage YOUR game and I will also advertise YOUR game!

Requirements: Age is not important, since talent is not defined by age, but I do ask of at least a decent game from you. (Not a paint style block mover)
