I downloaded the game "celeste" (windows) and it was installed as a zip file. As this is the first time this has happened to me, I don't know how to open it and be able to play it. I don't play video games very often :')
Most games needs to be unzipped so you can launch the (EXE) - executable file. Try and extract the folder and then try to run it. Otherwise you can try to download the Itch.io client and have it do the work for you.
