I purchased an item on 07/08/19 and request a refund as the item doesn't function as advertised.
The seller has agreed to my refund under the basis that the item isn't fully functional and yet you have refused it, with your reasoning being that the transaction is over a year old.
Theres nothing in your T&Cs about this, so why have you refused my refund if the seller has agreed to it?
I've contacted support, and they're not resonding anymore, so i've had to resort using the forum for my query.
I would appreciate some help on the matter in order to get my refund.
