Air borne units can't embark from airfield

I am playing campaign mode . I try to deploy my core unit Fallschirmjager on 7th French army rush north scenario. But I found I can't embark it at the airfield after turn 2

Does it say Available Transport: <number> above airfield or on mouse over ?

I am using android phone to play. There is no tooltip mention on available transport on airfield

I tried the scenario mode, my core unit Fallschirmjager is able to embark from airfield. I wonder what wrong I done in campaign mode.

Tap on the airfield and check top right corner if it says Available Transports. Campaign and Scenarios are usually different in things like that.

In campaign mode it written"Waalhaven Airfield / Road" , how can I purchase air transport ?
