Game Installation error

Hello,

I recently purchased a game through the desktop app and when I try to install it, I receive this message "dmc_unrar_archive_open: error 14: Unsupported archive feature: volumes" I tried to look it up but to no avail.  I don't believe my OS has anything to do with it but I could be wrong.  If anyone has a fix, please let me know.

Edit: the game is "Dark Salvation"

What game is that? You should ask the creators, this category is for problems related to Itch.io, not specific games.

I thought it was in general, sorry.  I guess I'm out of luck then since the last update from then was in 2017.  I'll just try downloading the game through a browser instead.  Apologies again for misplacing this post.
