First of all, I'm sorry for creating a post about this topic, but I'm getting worried about it, as I've sent two tickets for the support about my payout and I haven't received any information since then.

I've linked my Payoneer account and received an email from them saying it was authorized, awesome! but on the payout page it says it's waiting for their validation. It was marking 46 days already (I just disconnected and reconnected it today to test out but got the same result)

Is that normal? I requested the payout 23 days and I've no idea what so ever where this payment is going, all that's listed on the site is "paying"

Also, 30% just for US taxes for foreigner's is robbery, but that's just my humble opinion, I'll not use the itch.io's payout anymore, as I don't like to throw away 30% of my time in the trash :)

I'll let an admin know. But you realize that Itch can't afford to operate outside the law. And even with the 30% tax, you still get more than from other marketplaces.

I’ll reply in more details in your ticket but a quick look shows that your Payoneer account was never confirmed so your payment could not be sent. You’ll have to check with Payoneer to get the account confirmed before we are able to send you money. Hope that helps.

(Please keep future account discussion about private account specifics in a support ticket, I’m just leaving this message here if any others encounter a similar situation to give an a suggestion about what to try)
