Yes, she'll appear in the bar of the thieves guild. After her scene there, she runs away and currently doesn't come back anywhere else yet.

Hey. I just downloaded the game a few days ago and stopped playing now cuz I don't want to choose not to rape her and not find her anymore, so it's been quite a while since u said that. I'd like to know if I can still meet her after choosing one of the endings?

When you chose her good path (by not raping her at the police HQ) she'll stay around.
At the end of her bad path, she disappears, but that's only because her events aren't done yet. She'll re-appear when her events continue.

Hi 3 things 1 does she still not have good path cg? I’m on latest version and just finished flaires gold recipe missions and moriko is still at HQ no new dialogue. 2 Also how do I start the other missions for flaire? 3 Where do I find the priest to give him the two golden crosses I’ve searched all over the main city and in the church and I can’t find him

Did you not rape moriko if you rape lead evil path good path cg has been added if you finish the flaire second attempt assassin guild for cross priest he in aldyn church have done jenny casino and police arrest from crossing border cause that was supposed to next event with flaire
