Whenever I go to open the .exe for dbmb for the window or the win32 version I get an error that says "There should be 'DontBiteMeBro_PC_Data' folder next to the executable. No clue what to do.

Make sure all of the folders are where they should be. As you download them. also, make sure it is the right bit, 64 bit or 32 bit.
