After unzipping, I typed chmod +x ctjs

then ./ctjs gives error:

./ctjs: error while loading shared libraries: libnss3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

What should i do?

Thx much

I can’t replicate the issue, and libraries and packing pipeline is not something I can edit; still, for those who face issues with v1.2, try this v1.3 build that is based not on nw.js but electron. Hopefully, it will help.

v1.3 is not officially released yet, and its docs are at https://v1-3–clever-shaw-0cdd72.netlify.com/ (still a WIP).

./ctjs: error while loading shared libraries: libnss3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

thanks so much for fast reply, unfortunately still throws error -

Hm, that’s a different error reported by Terracottafrog at Discord, I missed that point. Those were the libs bundled with ct.js, but your error is more about another shared library that is supposed to be installed.

Try sudo apt-get install libnss3, or something else depending on your distro. Google should help with other possibly missing libraries.

What’s your distro and of which version? libnss3 is bundled with ubuntu 18, and everything works fine as is on Fedora.

Solved! THANKS!

I'm on Crostini on my chromebook  which is Debian I believe.
