Who's Scythe Dev Team?
We're a group of talented game devs that consist of Programmers, Musicians, Modelers, Designers and more. We've released a plethora of games to moderate success, with titles including Northbury Grove, Walls Closing In and most recently Entity.
We're naturally a collaborative team, all of our ideas are inclusive and that allows us a unique approach to our games in which we lead with experiences and tone rather than traditional design elements, often cited for our 'In-The-Moment' design decisions that bring quite a bit of uniquity to our titles.
What are we looking for?
We are in search for a talented concept artist that has a laid back, collaborative mindset, and one that is interested in helping us develop and characterize our in-game-universe with a unique aesthetic, and ultimately help our modeling and texturing department realize ideas with the upmost speed.
What are we offering?
We offer payment, on a per-project basis, that's reflective of the quality of work put in. As stated earlier, we're inherently a collaborative team that are in this to help each other create titles and concepts that are fulfilling to us on a creative level. We do not expect anyone to work for free, and we've always offered a very fair profit share structure.
