I'm on the pirate ship searching for the food ingredients. I've found all of them except for the spaghetti. I've searched every area and done my best to click on everything I can find, but I just can't locate it. Where is it?

Hi, I'm on Pine (?) Island where I'm supposed to be "collecting" the guys I run into there. I've been using the battle commands to get their attention and all that, but apart from "End Battle" I can't otherwise seem to get them to where they need to be? They vanish from the map but reappear when I return to their spot. I'm sure I must be doing something wrong, what should I do?
P.S. I seriously want to kiss Wulfrick and quite a few of these characters, I hope I get to soon. ;)
Did you open the gate in the base? The one that requires you to wear something that boosts your SEXY stat? They all show up there after you defeated them properly once, meaning after you got the "[Character X] will now show up in the base now" message during battle. If you got the "End Battle" option, that means you've done everything correct, the only exception is Agitated Guy (the white lizard dude), who you still have to defeat normally after you got the message, and Skunky Hunk, who's in the bar in Shiptown (you need to open the gate of the base on Pine Island before you can talk to him). After that, they all show up in the base, even though they keep appearing on the map as enemies. This is simply so you can still farm them for stuff.
Well, I had first downloaded the game just a few days ago, looks like I just reached the end of the road for now with the story...
[SPOILERS: You-know-who's dad basically telling a large henchman to "sick em"]
...so now I'll be waiting for the game to be continued. I'm hoping that with my getting the game so recently it will be possible to somehow transfer my saved game over to the update?
Looking forward to the update, cool job. :)
Unfortunately, RPGMaker is a fickle thing that doesn't like it when newer scripts are added to older save files. The reason each update comes with some prepackaged save files is because one can never know if/what kinda glitches or bugs may occur if you use save files from a previous version. It might be completely fine, or certain new things won't even appear in the game at all. Here's an example when I first started playing, when I downloaded a newer version, the Fire Dungeon got it's underwater section, but somehow I wasn't able to enter the water. Turned out it was because I was using an older save file, that didn't have that section yet. The preset save files all come with decently leveled characters though, you got a lot of gold, and each item available in the game's in your inventory at least once, plus in the Patreon version you can use the ID machine in the Gloomy Forest to change the Adventurer's name to what you were using before. And all the things/quests that can be done/unlocked in the game up to this point has already been done in the save files, so you shouldn't feel like you're losing any progress if you use them.
i see what you mean, that does all make sense. It sounds like I might have to reinstall it all over again "fresh" (uninstalling/deleting the original and then downloading the new version) as opposed to simply copying over the existing files to update it (please feel free to connect me if I'm wrong regarding this). I did indeed finally succeed in installing it successfully on my steam deck and it runs wonderfully on it, I just can't help thinking, "Oh no, not again". 😂 Here's hoping I'm just as successful the second time.
By the way, I was thinking just last night about the possibility of my maybe creating some online comic strip style stories with some of these characters created for your game, not for profit, but just for the enjoyment of it. I don't know whether I'll have time to do it but I thought about the possibility, and wanted to ask if that was alright with you on your end. ;)
Looking forward to the update, and thanks for your help. :)
I always delete the older version entirely and replace it with the new one, I'm not sure what would happen if you copy-pasted the newer files over the old ones tbh. The save files are stored within the actual game folder, in "Small on Top/www/save", if that's what you're looking for. You can copy-paste the content of the save-folder into the new one, as long as it's the same version of the game there shouldn't be any problems.
I'm not the developer of the game, I'm 'just' the guy who beta-tests all the update before release, creates the prepackaged save files, and writes/updates the walkthrough. However, Spedumon does have a channel for fan art in his server, so I doubt he's opposed to it, as long as you credit him. But you can always ask him personally, the link to his server is right here on the game's front page
If you're interested, I've already created a comic loosely based on my game. I think I 've made 130+ pages of it already.

I have a folder for them here.
Don't worry, I never sell any of my cartoons (I've learned long ago that it makes it feel like work and saps all the enjoyment out of creating for me. I hate getting paid to create). Rather, I instead always encourage those who want to give me money for them to instead use it to make a donation to their fave charity. ;)
I believe the other fellow above mentioned that you might have a spot on here somewhere for them or something? If so, I can always put whatever I create there.
For Tenting At The Tent just enter the tent in the Light Forest on your first day, the one where you got one of the Beautiful Flowers for the blue slime. After day 1 however (meaning if you already went through the whole scene with Morca) you won't be able to get that scene anymore, as the tent will be empty. For Sleepy Boys just spend one night at the Inn in Shiptown for 10 Gold. And for Dead 5 Times you just literally need to die 5 times. Meaning, your entire party needs their HP reduced to 0 during a battle. Don't worry, you just respawn at the last statue you visited. After the fifth time, you get the scene.
After he ran off with the guestbook, he appears at Bangers in the Gloomy Forest, after that at the Western Island Beach. Then there's a random chance he appears at the restroom at Shiptown's harbor. Once you got that scene once, you can find him in the last cell of the bunker on Pine Island. If you're playing the public version, you'll have to wait til November 3rd for the next public update, to get the dragon's final scene.
Yes, the next public update is scheduled for November 3rd. But a quick word of advise: You shouldn't try to use your old save files with the newer version. RPGMaker, the program Spedumon uses for this game, is very finicky, and can't handle newer scripts in older save files very well. And between 0.15 and 0.16, there's an entire year's worth of updates inbetween! So, you'll be able to load your 0.15 save files in 0.16, but you'd always be at risk for bugs or glitches, like newer NPCs not showing up, or certain scripts not triggering. The safest route would be to use the prepackaged save files that come with 0.16, so people won't have to start from scratch. Those save files put you right at the end of the Pine Island quest, your group is level 22, you got a bunch of gold and all the items available in the game, and you can just change the Adventurer's name back to what you want at the ID machine at the Gloomy Forest. Plus, all the stuff that can be done in the game (scenes, easter eggs, quests) has already been done to this point in that save file, so you won't be missing out on anything by using it.
In Logwood. Check the respective chapter in the walkthrough for details https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RfA3evYulYL2F-3G-RZmgUqjejens8RLvOa2mrfrsAM/
hi im afraid i might have gotten softlocked erm because the purple fruit i need to give is still in my infentory and i cant give it the ryon again tobstart the ship segment day 2 from pine island, ive already unlocked rocky oasis from 0.15 but then how do i trigger the next segment of the main story, it says i have to find a runt whiner and find a way to mainland, also how do i unlock the dolphin scenes or fucko scenes as ive already gone through those but they were WIP, now that theyre accessible, they arent shown in the porn theatre, but thenproblem is i cant relive the ship day 2, so how do i unlock those
I'm afraid using your older save files from 0.15 won't work here, unless perhaps you still got an older save file from before Pine Island. But even then I'm not sure if you might run into problems, since the Western Island also got some big changes since last time, like new chests in Rubyro's room, and you now require a special pick to mine rubies. TL;DR, the safest bet would be to use one of the prepackaged save files that come with update 0.16. If you already got rid of those, just download the game again. File 3 puts you right before you get back on the ship after you got the purple fruit, your characters are level 22 (you just gotta spend all your stat points), you got quite some gold and every item available in the game up to this point at least once in your inventory, so you can recreate your old character builds right away, and all the side quests, scenes, and easter eggs have also been unlocked in these save files, so you won't feel like you lost any progress. Yes, the main character is now called "Adventurer", but you can change his name at the ID machine in the Gloomy Forest, the one just before you enter the Bangers Club. The rest of the main quest line, heading to Maneland and finding Runt Whiner, aren't in the game yet.
