Painted background should work really well! Or flat color with a little bit of shading should work too.

As for the characters and lineart, we're using Photoshop to draw them.

It works great to export the png.

I realized that after exporting, seems like the sprite number 5 and number 7 are always swapped, that makes their movements a little less smooth. Maybe is something on my side. Anyway, It is just one detail that maybe can be fixed to the next updates.

I love this character generator. Gave so much more time to my projects.
