Game not indexed since Saturday

The game we launched on Saturday wasn't indexed by now. We also read and followed https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed

We wrote to support (request 42277), no response yet.

This is our second paid project and we had no issues launching the first game.

We wouldn't post here if we didn't consider this as urgent. We want to become visible and it's impacting our advertising efforts.

Our previous support ticket we sent in December wasn't answered (39230) so we don't know how long we would need to wait for help.

If you mean Mannequin Academy, the More Information box says it was published one day ago, not two, and the weekend can delay reviews, as well as support requests. It should be resolved soon. Until then, the game is perfectly visible on your profile and via direct link, so your own independent advertising efforts should not be hindered. Hope this helps.

Mannequin is now indexed, thanks.

I have some more time to reply so here's more detail. We published the game on Saturday (European time), but then set it to draft and public again to see if it helped.

I think it's not entirely true that our effort is not hindered. If we make any sales when we aren't indexed we miss out on climbing the top sellers list. Users can't find us as easily if they happen to look for our name using your search. It's observable that more views brings even more views and traffic both internally and externally, so being indexed when the external traffic is being generated definitely impacts the results.

I said it doesn't hinder your own independent advertising efforts. Itch can't guarantee you any significant amount of visibility in site searches anyway. And I'm pretty sure any visitation stats remain, not to mention ratings and such, so once your project was indexed it should have taken its rightful place in rankings.
