some things arent actually implemented yet i think, ive lvld everything i could myself but some things didnt lvl because of this i believe, its kinda like a frame work for future stuff i think
The research seems to get stuck sometimes. Change and re-start the research project to try again, often it works in the second try. I'm still trying to find the cause of this and will fix the issue as soon as I can.
