I made a purchase in 2022 on Itch- it was Asset Forge Deluxe. I recently went looking for it in my purchases and do not see it anywhere on Itch. I searched my email and found the receipt. I couldn't figure out how to find it on my account so I reached out to support. That was on May 19th of this year. I still haven't heard back from them. Am I likely to hear back from them? Is there some steps I can take to fix this myself? I do not have a link to the product download, only the Paypal receipt with transaction ids ect.
