Hi there! I am sorry to hear you're having an issue with the application. Unfortunately this is still an ongoing issue. I do know that some have been able to work around this issue by messing around with sizing the window differently.
Unfortunately there is not much else I can suggest currently, however if this doesn't work please feel free to request a refund through itch.io support. Here's a link where you can find more information on how to do that.
