I understand that this has been brought up before and that if you don’t get a response or if the problem isn’t fixed after sending an e-mail then you have to include a ticket number. The request is 361364 and I first sent the e-mail on April 23.
For months, I haven’t been allowed to comment without the posts being held for mod approval (which, from what I can tell, is done by the website’s staff itself). I don’t know why this is the case, if I did anything wrong or if it’s permanent.
