before downloading the game (any bit or macnwkf or whatever) just below the downloads corner down right (dont scroll) you might find a option called Download not starting? its in a light whitesh gray color so... click that then click "enable alternative....."

dis problem occurs when some games are blocked (im bad at explaining stuff so)
