Hello everyone!

We are The Icehouse, a small online collective of indie creators. To celebrate our 5 years of existence we have prepared The Icehouse Jam 2019, where you are invited to create a game in 3 weeks in November.

The theme will be Myths and Legends. An additional secret theme will be revealed on the first day of the Jam on November 8.

There are several Prizes to win and we have gathered a nice Jury, composed of talented creators who will play and vote for your games, with guest star Judges such as Jan Kavan (CBE Software - Someday You'll Return), Atelier Sentô (Onibi, The Coral Cave), and more.

We hope you will find the theme interesting and will want to participate! At The Icehouse we try to encourage creativity, help each others and support small unknown creators like us. We love adventure games but all kinds of games are welcome during this Jam.

Let us know if you have questions! You can join our Discord or contact us on Facebook or Twitter. More details on the itch.io page: https://itch.io/jam/icehouse-jam

Don't forget to click on the button "Join Jam" if you are potentially interested in this event. It will help us to anticipate the number of participants. The more you are, the more we will make it great!

Thanks for reading. We hope to see you around in November!

This looks great, I am joining this game jam. Anybody else interested in this?

Hey matthornb, I'm one of the organizers and I'm glad to hear that you've joined the jam!
There is still a lot of time left, so we expect the number of interested people to increase as we get closer to the start date.
In any case, thanks for your interest, we can't wait to see what you're going to do!

And remember, you can join our Discord to chat about jam with other participants 😉
