At the rate he's been going, and if nothing else gets in the way I'd say around Oct. or Nov.  If life things happen it might be Jan. to Feb. of next year.    I could be wrong, but that's about what I expect as far as time frame. 

And there most likely won't be any playable updates until it's completely finished.
