2 ways to tell easily.
The first like Leonais said is when you are making a new game your starting companion will have an option as a "Keyholder" below the initial 4 options (childhood friend/stranger/etc)
Second way is there will be new sex actions when in a sex scene with anyone, mostly in the "S&M" tab, new actions are "Slapping", "Ice Genitals", "Numbing Cream", "Orgasm Blocker", and "Lock into Chastity".
If you aren't seeing this you may have not activated the mod in the mod menu.
Main menu -> Mods -> Ensure "ChastityBelt" is activated (orange) -> Click "Apply" -> Wait a second or so -> Close game and reopen.
With mods mods you only need to apply once, ChastityBelt is an exception and you'll need to "Apply" a second time for all functionaly to work. If you've only applied once you'll get a warning when you go to your Mansion.
Though this is an old mod/thread, I can say for certain that this mod no longer works. All it does now is generate a long list of errors.
Up until applying the mod the game launches as normal, whereas after I apply the mod the first time, then restart the game, this string appears, and renders the main menu unusable. [This is without other mods installed at all, mind you.] Having re-installed the game 6 different times, it hasn't worked at all.
Yeah sorry the mod is totally broken for Strive v1.0, it only works for Strive v0.25 currently.
I'm working on updating the mod to be compatiable with Strive v1.0 but is was quite a bit to do and I'm still only part way. I can't give an ETA as I've got quite a lot on IRL.

I would recommend googling the terms "strive for power 0.5.25 download" (this approach works for a frightening number of things). I saw a copy at lewdzone, no idea if the links work.

This was a result of how the mod was implemented technically, with moving information around and holding it in temp variables. It was one of the first bugs to be fixed in this mod.

Sorry for delay, I had an injured eye. Yes there is a key holder event that starts when you start sex with the slave that is the key holder. I found that the only way to assign a key holder was to do so during the game setup for the starting slave. If that did not work, then you likely have an installation problem.
The CB mod is an older mod and does not use the newer mod system features. This means that although the mod system can successfully apply the mod regardless of its path, the mod cannot run correctly unless it has a very specific path. The mod must have a path that matches ".../STRIVE_MOD_FOLDER/Es-02-ChastityBelt/info.txt", by default this would be ".../Strive/mods/Es-02-ChastityBelt/info.txt". If the mod is extracted into an additional folder, then it will not work. When the folders are fixed the game should work as intended; however, it may have corrupted some data in your save file, so you may need to start a new progress.
Also note that the CB mod conflicts with mods like the Bugfix mod, which re-arranges the code for starting sex.

Start a new progress, select Customized Start, and select Keyholder as your relation with your starting slave.
