has anyone had any issues with not being able to post or reply to comments? My husband and I joined itch a few weeks ago & joined a jam. We have been unable to respond to any feedback given and have contacted support but not yet had a response. Does anyone know the wait times for itch support or if there is an easy fix? We set up 2FA but not sure what else we can do

Our spam system has been a little oversensitive lately due to recent influx of spamming accounts. Your account should be good now and all your pending posts have been processed.

Please read the rules of this category that tell you not to ask the first question, and what to do instead. As for the other one, being active in the community prior to the jam would have allowed staff and/or moderators to vet your posts earlier. As it is, this might take a while. Many people have complained about moderation in game comments being very slow.
