Looking for Feedback on My Game WaveSpawn 2 — Fast-Paced Twin-Stick Shooter

Hey everyone! I just released an early alpha build of my new game WaveSpawn 2, a fast-paced twin-stick shooter inspired by Geometry Wars and other arena-style arcade games.

I’m mainly looking for feedback on:

  • Gameplay feel: Does the movement and shooting feel satisfying and responsive?

  • Difficulty curve:  Does it get too hard too quickly or too easy for too long?

  • Visual clarity: Is the screen too cluttered when lots of enemies spawn?

  • Audio and effects: Do the sound and visuals add to the intensity, or feel overwhelming?

  • Should I make a mobile version?

You can check it out here:

Any feedback—big or small—is appreciated! I’m especially interested in improving the pacing and enemy variety before the next update.

Thanks in advance for giving it a try!

The game is lots of fun, but I feel like the art needs improvement. I feel like it could be cool on mobile, but first I would try to improve the art.

the game is pretty fun, and i think that the art of the arena is fine, i just think the UIs need some work. Also, the first level is ok, but the second one is kinda overkill, lots of enemies just spawn and sooner than never you're in a storm of bullets lol. I also didn't understood why if i die, an eagle appears sometimes and all enemies die.
