Maybe a creative/sandbox mode? I like building more than surviving :P

(1 edit)

you are such a genius

Maybe an option menu so you can set the brightness, shadows on/off, Quality Low/Medium/High, Etc.

Hi developer i have 2 ideas for the game : 1. Make the game Multiplayer to play with friends and add more furniture and resources in the game plzz read this

Before suggesting multiplayer, please read the FAQ and the responses to people who already suggested the same idea as you !! Thank you.

More animals like stingray etc. And also night time and weather change

(1 edit)

I never thought of that, that is a great idea your a genius

Maybe you can add some magical stuff? Means some potions, a magic wand or portals or stuff like that? :D

Would be really cool!

Huh?What does that have to do with surviving the ocean?

You are right. It has nothing to do with surviving. But I think its kind of boring to use the "normal" stuff to survive every time. You don't know why you are on this raft. Maybe you live in another year where you have cool techology? For example a machine that generates a portal? Why has everything to be logical? If you don't like it, maybe they can add this to a special event.

plsss add multiplayer

(1 edit)

Please read the FAQ before asking for multiplayer !! Multiplayer is NOT being planned for the foreseeable future.

i think you get way more people if you guys add multiplayer its already a awesome game but it would be even beter.

There are only 3 developers working on this game. Only one of them is a programmer! Adding multiplayer is a very hard thing to do. Very very difficult thing to do.

is this game made by a group of friends???

yep

Upgrades for items would be great

More food

Character customisation + multiplayer

Islands, Reefs

controlling where the raft goes and having a compass

These are what ii would put in the game btw i love the game you guys have made a great start with it already

Multiplayer is not being planned for the foreseeable future.

You have to work on the story and make torchs if you make nights or beds

My idea

add more enemys like pirates, stronger sharks/ more sharks in late game. Also more defensive/ offensive weapons and durability for the tools. Sry for my bad english.

Dive in the water to find some item;submergend boats in the watter with some items;door;fish;strange plants;islnads;octopus;underwater caves;repair the shadow to see all body;animations for example:jump in the water, dive, etc;decoration for example:bed,chair,table;flashlights/torch for the night and a story for know how the man/girl reached to survive on the ocean.

Sorry for my english if i write wrong somewhere.

Cool!...builder mode salvage game. I like it ! I suck at hooking flotsam though.lol.

I tried it on my little Acer laptop [ AMD Athelon 64,1.6GHz,3200 graphics,2.75 usable RAM, 64 bit ] and it does good on 'simple' setting . 2fps and a bit jumpy. I suck at hooking flotsam though.lol. A ? placable ? water current detector ( float with a string ) or a compass , might limit the time spent spining around and waiting to see where things are headed .

I'm guessing the 'fog' is the toss limit and no point in removing that. Is the raft stationary , or does it shift with and unseen current?

Is there a plan to add achivments ?( pop up for builder 2nd story, shark killer, farmer, architect and the like. )

*One thing i did notice is that the game does not pause on crafting screen. * major bummer when just starting out.

Adding a bit of commetary to the actions may brighten things up a bit. Crafting spear triggers " this will be a fun little surprise " Spear to 'use' ..." here fishy ,fishy fishy' catch while fishing " Lunnnch! ". Missing / shark eats raft ;" well that's a revolting development"

Planting tree : lovely bunch of coconuts or some other fun ditty.

Sugestions:

-Pirates

-Day and Night

-More enemies, harder game

- Mode Easy/Medium/Hard

-More items and buildings

-boats or swim (to islands etc) on raft

Verry nice game! Waiting for updates!

P.S. Try to add this game to steam greenlight ;)

Add the mode survival with your friends

Adding a bit of ' water replenishment ' to raw fish may give a needed bump at the start. Balanced with lower food value for raw than cooked, it may be an easily adaptable change.

Add some islands, machines, door maybe. :D

PLEASE add tides. The game is way too easy at the moment. The resources should only come to you when the sea level rises or falls. Also, diseases like scurvy will be very realistic.

Its not meant to be realistic, more of like a sandbox type game. We are literally building houses from materials that float in the ocean. Not very realistic

Suggestions :
- Multiplayer
- More enemies
- Day-Night cycle
- More types of fishes
- Bow and arrow
- Difficulties
Awesome game btw. I would love to see it on steam greenlight

Could people stop asking for multiplayer? They clearly can't right now.It wont happen in the near future.Just stop.

I want PS4 version. Please. Its good idea I think.

Perhaps a day/night and weather cycle. eg. night its more dangerous and bad weather you 'get ill' from being outside in the cold and rain too long and a way to get around that without having to build a hut of sorts would be to have a small fire. And in really sunny days your need for water goes down faster. Also make it harder so it takes to to get a comfortable, big raft. and to let all the needs go down slower in normal times

And in case you haven't thought of it (for far in the future), maybe a sorts of story. like why are we there and what happened. proborly not a story with a finish though as it cuts off the whole survival thing
