Hey! I received my first payout from Itch via paypal, but I didn't receive any information about Itch.
I must have their VAT number and billing address for accounting, to fill Finnish requirements. I haven't received answer from support and haven't found the info after three hours of searching and googling.
Please help me with this.

It has been 8-9 days since my email to support, and I haven't heard anything back. I also asked for the information from another developer, but they stated that they never received the VAT number and billing address from Itch.
I'm getting a bit worried about this situation, since my accountant has told me that there will be a 100EUR fine, for not having the information.
