When i run game i get C:\Users\MyUser\Downloads\Tales of Androgyny Win32 v0.1.13.0\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll not create to execute on Windows or have a error. try installing game again using original installation ou contact admin of systems.

My pc Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32 bits

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.50ghz

RAM: 2 GB

ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 Series 128MB Memory Dedicated

Java 8 Update 111

Hey there - have you tried using the Win64 version? That might fix the issue - if not, giving the Win32 download another try could do it as well.

i download windows 32 and 64 version.

64 version says not compatible with windows 32 version.

32 version says the same java error .

Maybe my pc is weak to execute program or missing some program that i need install?

This reads like you're missing a dll file in Java. Try (re)installing the JRE
