[LFP] [FREE] Writer / Storyteller / Psychologist Student

Hello,

To present myself as simply as possible, I’m a psychology master’s student obsessed with storytelling in all forms—films, TV shows, books, and video games. To improve my storytelling, I’ve studied narrative techniques through books by Lisa Cron and Jessica Brody, and I’ve also watched lectures by Brandon Sanderson. Since then, I've consumed a diverse range of media under a critical eye to understand what makes a story engaging and interesting. I also do a bit of stand-up comedy—nothing groundbreaking. Yet.

Over time, I’ve noticed that many stories lack suspense, tension, a clear sense of purpose, and—worst of all—basic coherence—elements that I am confident I can deliver. My experience includes a few small, casual, time-efficient projects from academic courses that I can share:

👉 TimeSword
👉 Star Seeker

I did these projects using Ink and Unity. I'm not particularly attached to any kind of engine though—I’m flexible.

I can work in different ways: either by building on your ideas, needs, and preferences or by starting from scratch with fresh concepts. I'm comfortable working across all genres. I repeat, ALL GENRES.

I'm looking for a project because I love the creative process, and while I'm currently writing a book, I sometimes feel the need to switch gears and explore something new.

If you’re looking for a writer who can bring coherence, tension, and a few psychological tips, I’d love to chat. You can find me here on this topic or more easily on Discord: Navgner.

Hi, I sent you a friend request on Discord, my nickname is Zeffuchini.

I’m making a demo for a game, and I need to get to work finalizing the demo’s script. It’s a comedic, story-driven 2D platformer.

The script is pretty big, and I’d like for someone to look over a new revision of it and give me feedback (particularly this time on the comedy). The game is also pretty weird.

Would you like to read through a 130-page script and try to refine the writing and jokes?

Your project seems ambitious; 130 pages is impressive. However, I feel like you would need an editor which isn't really a role I envisioned for myself

Good afternoon.

The Witch Tutor is a high school romance game.

Hello, I sent you a friend request since DMs don’t seem to reach you. My Discord is Navgner.

would you be interested in crafting a story developing game? (think a solo journaling game)

Thanks for the interest! I'm sadly quite booked now

Hello, are you open for new requests? I have a base story of a action adventure family RPG in the same soul of Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger and could really need help to flesh out the story.. is that something that could be done? If yes can I have an email or can you send me a mail as I don't have a discord? Lonelyforest@live.dk

If not! Have a beautiful day and thank you for what you have been doing for others in the community.
