Hi all, I'm lum!

I've been making games (in some form) for most of my life. In the last year or so, I've started putting my work out there, and my focus is on creating surreal horror games! The one I'm most known for is THE DEVIL HAUNTS ME, which was made for a game jam.

THE DEVIL HAUNTS ME is a survival game about gathering resources, avoiding the horror lurking in the woods, and discovering the mysteries of the world. The core game loop focuses on surviving in the woods; hunting deer, cutting down trees, and gathering water so you can survive each night, while also avoiding a strange creature that stalks you throughout the game. Managing your resources, and avoiding confrontations is key to survival. But, there just might be a secret that will let you escape the woods...

I am currently developing a new horror game called BLAIR ROAD, which I'm hoping to release later this year (on itch.io!), and will be more in the vein of Resident Evil/Silent Hill, with some light-RPG elements.

The games I've made have been done entirely by myself in my spare time. Unfortunately, I can't attend GDC because it just isn't affordable to me. I do freelance work to keep myself afloat, but it isn't always consistent work. As a result, I've never been able to save enough to justify going to GDC.
