Could someone please tell me what the "high rates" option (Recharged) corresponds to, since we already set rates in the configuration screen ?

High/low rates is really just a way to quickly switch, for example if you want to let a friend who has never flown before try the simulator without having to change the settings. Low rates are basically just half high rates.
(That button is sort of left from the early versions of the simulator when there wasn't a custom settings screen).
