Question about refund (As a Dev)

Lets say i'm a dev and i want to upload my game to itch.io, i know steam has a 14 days refund policy but then you also lose the game, here if someone buys my game and it's completely offline single playhr, are they eligible for a refund based on just a period of time or based on if they didn't like the game ? i ask this because i think this can be a major flaw and allow people to get the game for free by buying and asking for a refund and they will still have all the files

itch.io does not have a fixed refund policy based on playtime (Since we are DRM free, we don’t even track playtime in most cases). Instead, we evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis, aiming to find a resolution that satisfies both the developer and the customer. For example, if the product is broken or non-functional, then we generally offer a refund immediately. Otherwise, we’ll ask the buyer for more information about why they are requesting a refund, and we’ll also review their refund history on their account if we suspect any kind of abuse.
