Hi, absolutely loving the game and just have  couple simple questions.

Will there ever be a difficulty option (for progressing Starmaker, getting XP, increasing heart level)?

Will there ever be a continuation of the story beyond the current endings and Anna being the No. 1 on Starmaker?
