Today I am publicly releasing the demo for my musical theater murder mystery, Murder at the Birch Tree Theater! Inspired by the mechanics of detective games like Return of the Obra Dinn and Case of the Golden Idol,  this point-and-click whodunnit is set in a small-town community theater, and features deductive puzzles and environmental storytelling. Gather clues by investigating the sets, casts and backstage crews of theatrical productions, and use their stories to piece together each deadly crime.
