When the language is set to Japanese, almost all texts are boxes. (v0.31e)
Checking the update notes, it looks like Caro planned to re-add Japanese back in later on, i don't know if he couldn't or forgot. 0.30 does work perfectly, so it really must be the translation missing, will ask tonight.
Caro apparently just uploaded 0.32 adding the missing translations and fixing that bug, not sure he fixed it in 0.31, but do try the new 0.31f.
It was fixed.
