About the Project: Current Working Title: Love & Death.
We are developing a Visual Novel that delves into the complexities of a poly relationship among three characters, set against the backdrop of nation and kin tensions. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help bring this story to life. This VN is very early in development. Still thinking about writing formats and plot points/endings. Also still thinking whether it should be linear or non-linear and have multiple endings... open to suggestions!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Research and Decision Making, Assist with research and critical decisions regarding the VN's release platform, format, and art/music/coding management.
- Feedback and Second Opinion, Provide overall feedback and a second opinion on project elements. Talent Sourcing, Source and recruit talent for the wider team.
- Team Management, Ensure effective communication within the team to meet deadlines.
- Community Management, Manage a future Discord server and other potential social media platforms.
Writer Responsibilities:
- Creative Writing, Develop dialogue and narration for in-game use. (Must be comfortable with writing NSFW content)
- Plot and Character Development, Assist with plot points and character arcs.
