My last payout is still in review since 20 days.

I contacted support but I did not get an answer. My last payout request (ID:  135324 ) is stuck in "in review" state and nothing changes.  Weirdly enough, during the "normal" 14 day waiting period, I was asked to re take the tax interview. Could that have interfered with my payout and created some chaos?  I am pretty confused.

I don’t see any outstanding payouts on your account. I do see we did reach out to you about 20 days ago regarding your tax information expiring. Payouts can not be processed until your tax information is up-to-date and validated. You can view that status here: https://itch.io/user/settings/seller/tax-information

The payout finally happened today, approximately 12 Tours ago.


Yes. I know there was that tax Interview problem. I already submitted the new Interview 3 Werks ago.

Hello, please check if your "in review" labels have turned gray; they should typically be blue. If they have turned gray, there might be an issue. I've reached out to support but haven't received a response yet. Perhaps they are on vacation.
