Both the processor and signal player/saver both don't register they have a drive in them when exporting, also the processor seems to not register its got a signal before buying auto processor, that could be purposeful idk

Самое интересное, что в файлах игры старое сохранение есть, в самой игре — нет. Нажимала regenerate data save ещё, перезагружала компьютер, ничего не помогает
The computer turned off. After switching on, all the sliders in the settings went to 0 and were not applied. I went looking for information, clicked regenerate data save, the settings were fixed, but all progress was lost. The most interesting thing is that the old save is in the game files, but not in the game itself. I pressed regenerate data save again, rebooted the computer, nothing helps

My ATV seems to be completely borked. Every time i load my save it says "No ATV detected. Respawn..." yet nothing happens after that.
Everytime i load my save Dr.Kel says "I don't feel good..." and collapses once, then nothing happens. This happens only once when i load my save though.
It appears a mushroom somehow grown inside the navigation computer,it could be something else , but it is rotting and constantly producing that annoying fly sound.
Im pretty sure there is no way to acess an inside of a computer, and that room in my base is clean, so im guessing its a shroom.

Well, i have a really bad problem, what if im downoloading game, but at some moment the downoload just stops and i can continue it? Maybe file is damaged? Also, in other version that im downoloaded before, like 7.0.0 without patches, there was no folders for custom music for radio/custom images/ custom models for printer. is there any solves for it? Well, in shortcut, i just cant downoload VoTV normally, on one moment it just says "Downoload canceled" and i cant start it again.
Do you know how to get to appdata? If not, I'll explain how, if you do then ignore all this. It's not in the actual game folder, it's a common outside directory for games and other software's saves and settings and such so that they don't get accidently wiped For some reason it's a hidden folder by default, so even if you know the directory you can't navigate to it without using a command or changing a setting. There's two popular ways to get there, I'd recommend doing the first, it's takes a little bit of setup but it's not complicated, and makes it ridiculously easy to access in the future but 2 is effectively instant and easy too:
Option 1: Open file explorer, go to the "View" tab at the top, and on the far right of the tool bar that opens, there will be an options panel. Open the options, and go to the "view" tab in the new window that pops up. 6 option down *should* be "Hidden files and folders"- select "show hidden files, folders, and drives", hit apply, and close the options. After this, you can navigate to the appdata manually quite easily and pin it to the quick access bar on the left. Simply open the drive windows is installed on in file explorer, and go to Users>(your username)>AppData (it will be grayed out to show its normally hidden, but is now shown and accessible.) Right click it and near the top should be "pin to quick access", and you can now instantly access it from the left any time you're in file explorer.
Option 2: Simply type %appdata% in the windows search/cortana bar and hit enter- This will take you to the WRONG folder for some reason, not actually the appdata folder, but it is within the appdata folder, so you can simply click "appdata" from the navigation chain in the address bar, or hit the up arrow beside the address bar (the shortcut is alt+up if you want to do it even faster)
From there it's as we said, there should be all your folders for saves and assets and such in appdata>local>votv
If you knew all of this and running the game as admin did not fix the issue, it's definitely a bug, but you can probably build the folders yourself, they're not super complicated and there's no special files in them that wouldn't already be generated for the game to even be able to run.
Hello, I'm relatively new to the game, but I've had this problem on 3 different story more saves. I can't use the shovel in any way. Changing binds for use/pick up doesn' work and pressing it just makes an empty hand error sound. Is it something with my computer/binds? I tried binding it to most of my keys and it doesn't work. I haven't seen anyone with this problem so it might not be a bug but I don't know enough niche game mechanics to try and make it work.

welp, guys, what if my posters are not working? Like, im put all png's i wanted in "posters" folder, but there is basic poster, not custom one. And if im trying to use it, nothing works.
Can't seem to earn the weekly bonus, just completed the third week with perfect reports and drives, good job every day but somehow not good enough, but I've noticed the first night at midnight I'll get a failed report even though there was no report to do. And I always get the weekly results a day early, like day 6,13, or 20, because I think the game starts on day 0. And since you don't send out a report on your first night that might be causing the issue, maybe each report you send out is essentially a day behind? so you'll never get a full weeks reports? Depends how the game registers a successful week.
Minor spoilers for some events - I don't give exact details, but just a head's up for anyone who wants to avoid them entirely.
I'm REALLY hoping this experience was some kind of unintentional bug or bizarre one-off glitch, because I had to lose progress and was very frustrating.
I was close to day 45 when I realized I couldn't save nor could I go to the pause menu - which I usually don't have an issue with - spooky events and all - but it became an issue when the "no saving/no pausing" thing continued for a very long period of time. I assume it's cause there was some kind of event happening, as I've recently had some kind of purple lights in the sky appear last night, but I don't know if that's actually the cause.
One of the things I also suspected to be the culprit was the thing in the lockers that appears and then quickly vanishes. I checked all of the lockers in the house, and yet the problem with saving persisted after checking all of them.
I'd also checked all of the servers (I'll be checking the transformers as soon as I get the chance), assuming there might be an event that would trigger and end my problem - but I had no such luck.
It got to the point where I couldn't sleep and I couldn't do the servers because I was below the required limit of stamina. Eventually decided to just kill myself via the tower and lose the 10-20 minutes or so. Dunno if the issue is still present in my current game or not - I'd need to play it to find out. Might try testing it out again tomorrow night, but I might not. Really frustrated me - not because it happened, but because I'm mainly concerned that was intentional in one way or another.
If it was a bug or some screw-up, okay, that can be fixed, whatever. Losing that progress sucks, but I'll live.
My actual worry is that this sort of thing will happen again - I know for a fact something similar happened with an event in the garage, something to do with the ATV. (This one was a me problem.) I don't necessarily have a problem with this kind of system when monsters/creatures are around, but I'd also suggest that if a player doesn't find/"interact" with an event after some amount of time, it should go away on it's own (depending on what it is, of course). Say, just for example, if there's gonna be something in or near the entryway of the building and the "no save/menu/sleep" thing goes off, then I think that's more than justified - most players will go near the entry and exits of the building, or at least look in the general direction of the entryways. With any garage events, I think it's pretty reasonable to make those "required" (in a sense) since it's an important part of the base.
However, as another example, if there's something in the basement, I would argue that kind of event should be on a "timer" of sorts - I don't imagine most players go down there that often, or at least not as much late-game. It's a very specific place to go - during a spooky event, I'm not going down in the basement, I'm most likely going to be looking outside or going to exit the building to investigate. So if there are events that result in the player NEEDING to see them, I would argue they should be in places that the player is likely to go to or will have reason to go to.
I realize that this might seem a bit off-topic or out of left field, but when I have a problem with a game's mechanics, how the dev implements the mechanics can make or break my interest in it - even something as simple as not being able to save for a certain reason can result in me dropping a game like a rock if I think it's annoying or implemented poorly. That does not mean, however, I think this currently has a poorly implemented save system - quite the opposite, I think it's probably one of the best versions of the "save basically whenever you want" - I just also want it to be emphasized (even though I imagine the dev is fully cognizant and completely aware of the fact) that the saving system and events could be a problem if not implemented with as much consideration and deliberate care as possible.
