i wan to make free games videos for my youtube channel so do i need to add the game creator game page and developer link in my description or what else is necessary to use free games to  upload on youtube its gameplays with commentary

A link to the game page is good, yes. That way people who see the video can go get the game, and maybe donate some money. It's also nice to let the game's creator know that you made the video, so leave them a comment on the game page, too. Most creators will be happy about it. Just talk to them.
