Synchronous: beta 0.14 is here, the single largest major update to date! See the full changelog in-game.
If you're new to Synchronous, it is a 2D puzzle platformer with 45 carefully crafted puzzle levels that are guaranteed to stretch your brain in the best way possible! The gimmick is that you control up to three different characters... at the same time! Every character moves in different ways, lending themselves to contribute to the solution in different ways. You'll learn which character is best for what job and the best way to control them using their magnet that locks them in place if they are on a metallic surface.
In short, beta 0.14 brings full controller support and more versatile mobile controls. You can now play the web version on mobile, too! Synchronous steps out of silence as well, with b0.14 bringing music into every aspect of the game. The movement is significantly overhauled as well, meaning you'll be sure to yell at inanimate virtual metal boxes less than ever before! (Just kidding, I'm sure you'd never do that ;).) Amongst 20+ quality-of-life changes, you can find 17 super secret achievements for approaching puzzles in ways you wouldn't expect and having fun with wondering "Maybe I could do it that way!"
