Hey everyone!

I recently had an idea for a game similar to the Lifeline series and wanted to make a tool to help me make the project. I also wanted to make it so easy that anyone could do it with no programming knowledge whatsoever.

As a result, the Ember Editor was born!

Ember gives you the ability to create an interactive 2D Text Based adventure using Unreal Engine 4!

By using Action and Entity objects, Ember is capable of managing an unlimited amount of backend interactions while your user progresses through your story! This gives you the ability to add countless possibilities when creating your story.

Using Actions and Entities, you can create unique character interactions, manage a survival system, create usable items, and much much more!

Every Ember story comes from a datatable entry, making it extremely easy to create as many stories as you can imagine!

Once you have created an Ember Entry, it's just a matter of filling out your pages, matching your buttons to other pages or conditions, then styling the UI however you'd like! Since the project is built using Unreal Engine 4, you have full access to cross platform packaging with the click of a button!

For those of you who don't want to download the Engine, never fear! I'm working on a standalone version as we speak!
