well mine was almost close to 2k of followers and subscribers was close to 1k so it might be different for you or the small

I haven't found out what triggers this. I have had her show up early and late game. So late in-fact, I completely forgot it hadn't happened yet and was confused haha.

Heard in other posts its about how much time you stream, but again, I've had her show up in early-game when streaming only like 2hr every other day. So *shrug*
