So around the start of the game you recieve an email with cryptowallet address and suggestion to donate 1000$ in order to get your meatrod bigger

Is it implemented or just scam? Or I need to get further into the game to be able to interact with it? 

It's a scam, if you put in the email in the browser it just puts you on a page that repeats itself.
