Why have I been getting more sales to my itch.io store page lately?

So, I have been getting far more sales on my itch.io store lately. I have some games on there, but I mainly sell game dev tools. I am not complaining about getting more sales. I am just wondering why. Did itch.io change its algorithm lately? Or did I do something? If I did something, what did I do?

Dunno but I'd be happy if I were you

Congrats! Check your analytics, see where the traffic comes from. I have projects where most traffic is from inside itch.io, and others from search engines, or specific websites, so it depends.

Oh, how you will be hated by many devs here ;-)

They struggle and toil and have no idea why their sales do not increase, yet you wonder why your's increased.

If you find out, you could kindly give hints and tipps to those aspiring devs. But yeah, what no time said. If you know where the traffic comes from, you can have an educated guess.

But the algorith is known to mix things up now and then.
