Can't connect Patreon accont

I buy a pre-order access to Night Runners on Patreon and I have to download the game on itch.io. But when I click on the link on Patreon to download on itch.co, it says :

We had some trouble connecting your account

code must be provided
state must be provided

What can I do to Download my game ?
