Wen Val gets to Level 11, talk to Ms. Rack and cast flirt win she calls Val an are head. After some talking you will be given a choose that is a bit misleading. it doesn't matter what one you choose, but after you make a choose you will need to cast Boost. Wen Val gets to Level 14 talk to Ms. Rack again. Offer to fix Ms. Rack. After the talk go straight to your room, and tern Val back into a Bimbo, then talk to Ms. Rack again one last time.
